St. Philip’s Episcopal Church

Blending the past and the future

Project Details

We had the honor of refreshing the 150-year-old St. Philip's Episcopal Church in North Texas, blending its historic charm with a contemporary design that welcomes both long-time and future members. Our approach focused on preserving the church’s timeless architectural details, such as original woodwork and stained glass, while introducing thoughtful updates to enhance functionality and comfort for today’s congregation. By merging tradition with modernity, we created a space that bridges generations, fostering a sense of community and honoring the church's enduring legacy.

  • Honoring the rich traditions of this 150-year-old church, our design aimed to strike a delicate balance between preserving its historical integrity and infusing it with a fresh, modern aesthetic to attract a new generation of members. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to reflect the church’s storied past while creating a welcoming, forward-thinking environment that inspires connection and growth. By blending timeless elements with contemporary updates, we crafted a space that not only celebrates its heritage but also tells an evolving story of community and faith for years to come.
