This fast-growing, innovative company needed a space that could evolve alongside their dynamic team while serving as a central hub for the expanding solar community in the county and surrounding areas. Our design approach focused on creating a functional yet inspiring environment that fosters collaboration, reflects their youthful energy, and supports their mission of driving sustainable energy solutions.

Signature Solar, a leading company based in Sulphur Springs, Texas, had outgrown their modest building after years of rapid expansion. They needed a larger, more adaptable space that could accommodate their growth and align with their forward-thinking vision. The solution was to reimagine a beloved Hopkins County landmark—the historic VF Mall—into a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art workspace. Our design approach preserved the character of the original structure while transforming it into a vibrant, functional headquarters that supports collaboration, innovation, and the company’s commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
